Dear Prospective Vendor,
Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at the Atlanta Authors Expo 2024. We are thrilled to host our second Author Expo and are eager to partner with you for this exciting event! This is is a fantastic opportunity for you to gain exposure as an author, sell your books, market your business products, and create valuable connections and collaborations within the literary community. As a vendor, you will have the opportunity to engage the audience with a brief synopsis of your
book and your area of expertise. We will provide a table, chairs, and a tablecloth upon request. Please review the Vendor Application and Agreement carefully, sign it, and return it to us at: stewardpublishing@gmail.com.
RULES & REGULATIONS:
Eligibility: All vendors must be published authors or business owners. If you are not published through Steward Publishing, please include proof of your book for approval at stewardpublishing@gmail.com.
Responsibility: Vendors are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their assistants.
Contract Terms: Steward Publishing reserves the right to void this contract without liability and is not responsible for unsafe weather conditions.
Fees: Vendor fees are non-refundable.
Table Sharing: Only approved vendors may share tables, and this is limited to co-authors of a published book.
Health Guidelines: Masks are recommended but not required for vendors. Vendors are responsible for disinfecting and maintaining a clean and presentable area.
Cleanup: Vendors must clean their area after the event.
Setup: Vendors may begin setup at 11:00 AM and must be fully set up by 11:45 AM.
Helpers: Vendors are allowed up to two helpers.
Children Policy: No children are allowed unless they are vendors and must be accompanied by an adult.
Promotion: Vendors are encouraged to share our event flyer on their personal social media accounts to help promote the event and increase attendance.
Seating Arrangement: Vendor seating will be determined by Steward Publishing, LTD.
Materials: Please bring plenty of books, products for sale, and marketing materials such as business cards and brochures.
Business Vendors: All business vendors will be separated from author vendors. Authors wishing to market their business must reserve two tables, but a discount will be provided.
FEES & PAYMENTS:
- Authors published through Steward Publishing: $100 per table
- Authors not published through Steward Publishing: $125 per table
- Marketing Items Only (if unable to attend): $40
- Business Vendors: $125 per table
- Speaking Slot (15 minutes): Additional $35
